Justas is one of the main representatives of the Lithuanian forward thinking music scene, of which we ve experienced quite an impressive sneak peak over the last few months. DMC Dj Champ in 1998, founder of the renowned Mondayjazz Collective and member of one of Europe s best festivals (Satta Outside), he s an allround pushaman of talent and genre defying, ehm fresh, sounds. Ever since he didnt get to play at our Open Air Rave last Summer, we ve been eager to bring him back, and he ll back with a vengeance.
Like Justas, HALF GIRL/HALF SICK was denied her shot of base in Woogie Wonderland last summer. Nobody can keep a Bass Junkie from touching the needles, and we like to keep our friends satisfied, no rehab, no surrender. One of Berlin s undergrounds key figures for decades, she might be the only person in the room that actually experienced the glory days, when Swangers Paradise was the infamous KitKat club.
